Project Overview
Our goal was to address the pain points of K-12 parents who communicate with school administrators and teachers. We created a more intuitive and better organized navigation by separating the News from To-Dos. Nudged users into completing more tasks by introducing a Thank You page with positive feedback after completing each task. We also designed a consistent user interface to keep parents more informed and engaged about school communication.

My responsibility for my team was to ensure the best methodology used for to discover current user pain points (parents and teachers) for the messaging system used in Actionaly's CRM. I helped test out solutions to provide evidence for design decisions to improve the CRM messaging system.

Design a consent form flow to makes it easier for parents to complete documents and permission slips for their children.
Impact
Integrated a new a comprehensive notification system without compromising platform usability, resulting in positive feedback from parents and achieved a 15% increase in parent engagement.
